Penicillin G Procaine and Dihydrostreptomycin Sulfate Injectable Suspension

COMPOSITION:
Each ml contains
Penicillin G Procaine: 200 000 I.U.
Dihydrostreptomycin sulphate: 200 000 I.U.
INDICATIONS
Infections by germs sensitive to penicillin and dihydrostreptomycin: Cattle pyometra, mastitis, fracture, actinomycetes and leptospira infection etc. And diarrhea, metritis, sepsis, cystitis, cattle hemorrhagic septicemia, calf pneumonia, pig lung disease, fowl cholera, swine brucellosis, concentrations of the equine sepsis, foal pneumonia, tuberculosis etc.
ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE
By intramuscular injection.
General dose: 1ml per 20kg bodyweight daily for 3 to 4 days.
The dose may be doubled for severe cases.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Penicillin G is usually well tolerated. Allergic reactions are possible. Pain and tissue reactions may occur with IM or SQinjections.
SPECIAL WARNINGS
Use with care in animals known to have kidney disease or defective renal function.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage or duration of treatment.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
Cattle, sheep, goats and pigs: 18 days
Milk: 72 hours
STORAGE
Sealed and store in a dry, dark and cool place.
Keep out of reach of children.
